How do I rate my products through text?
First, be sure you’ve added us to your contacts.
For iPhone Users: Click “Tap to Load Preview” to preview the product. Then, double tap the image until the reaction emojis appear! Use heart emoji to Love, thumbs up to Like, or thumbs down to Dislike a product.
For Samsung or Android Users: Be sure you are using the latest version of Google Messages app and be sure that “Enable Chat Features” is on. To react, tap and hold your finger over the image until the reaction emojis appear! Use the heart eyes emoji to Love, thumbs up emoji to Like, and thumbs down emoji to Dislike.Unable to rate via text message? No problem; just login to www.joinqatch.com when your recs come through and rate them from mobile!
How do I purchase my recommendations?
Every product recommendation you receive through text message is a link to that product, so just click the image. That will take you to the brand’s website for you to check out. If you have any issues with shipping or tracking, please reach out to the brand you purchased from.
Can I save my recommendations for later?
YES! Every recommendation Qatch sends you through text is also sent to your Qatch account accessible by logging into www.joinqatch.com with your phone number.
My style has changed since I signed up, can I retake the quiz?
Log into your account on joinqatch.com and navigate to “My Account.” There, you will be able to update your preferences!
I’m not looking to shop at the moment but I don’t want to cancel, what can I do?
If you’d prefer to take a break from Qatch but don’t want to lose all of your recommendations, simply text PAUSE and we’ll pause your recommendations via text. You can still log into your account to access your history of rated items.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your membership, simply text back UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP and we will remove your account. To restart, text back START and you’re back in the game!
